To log in to your CVS account, the information below is for you;
For Store, MinuteClinic, and Distribution Center Colleagues: kindly use 7-digit Employee ID and password
For Non-Store and PBM (NT Authenticated) Colleagues: Use Windows ID and password (that’s computer login)
How to Login
Follow the steps below;
- Navigate to the login portal at https://mylife.cvshealth.com/siteminderagent/forms/MyLifeLogin.fcc?
- Please sign in using your credentials (Username and Password)
- Tap on the login button
These are procedures to log into your CVS HR account.
Forgot CVS HR Login Password
If you forgot your login password, kindly visit the login page.
On the login page, click on forgot password tab. It will take you to the service Password Management page( CVS Caremark)
You will see the following option
- Unlock Account
- Change Password
- Reset Forgot Password
- Change Security Questions
Take note; for you to utilize the Reset Forgot Password and Unlock Account, you must be registered in the Identity Management System. However, if Your account is not registered and the password is unknown, please contact the CVS Health IT Service Center. And if you are a Store User, please contact the Retail Store Support Center.
Login Info for First Time User
If you’re a new user please take note of the following:
To login;
- Retail and PBM Employees should utilize Employee ID, Computer Login, or Employee Number as user login.
- Retail Contractors should use Contractor ID beginning with 8 or Computer Login as user login.
- PBM Contractors should use Computer Login or Employee Number beginning with 8 as user login.
- Aetna users should use Computer Login as user login.
- Hospital users should use Hospital ID beginning with H as user login.
- Clients should use email addresses as user login.
