Fgcu workday is an innovative, cloud-based platform that will provide FGCU employees greater information accessibility. The workday portal is helpful to faculty members or advisors, staff and students. Florida Gulf Coast University is a public university in Fort Myers, Florida. It is part of the State University System of Florida and is its second youngest member.

FGCU will be transitioning to workday students soon as the current student system, Banner has become outdated and cannot meet the challenges of responding to today’s student needs. The workday student will allow students to view and manage personal information, manage payments and request refunds, plan and register for classes, check grades and request transcripts, and financial aid, and also view grades.

Workday Student will allow Faculty to view and find course schedules and information, enter and edit grades and also view advisee information. Staff will use Workday Student to view advisee and student information, support academic learning and view progress, create and view courses and sections manage academic overrides for students, and review student financials.

WPI workday uses different approaches to ensure the security of data. Workday wpi also helps to simplify and integrate processes to improve data accuracy and informed data-driven decision-making.

When will Workday Student go live?

Workday Student will follow Human Capital Management and finance implementation. A solicitation for an implementation partner will be conducted for Workday Student and student implementation dates will be established, once the partner is selected.
