Finally, we see Ghost of Tsushima get new Twilight and Ashes map. Ghost of Tsushima: Legends received a brand new Survival card today. The map, titled Twilight and Ashes, is set in the realm of Iyo.
However, this is not the only free content that players get. Sucker Punch Productions has announced that they will be releasing a second new survival map next week, this time themed around the Iki Island expansion.
Ghost of Tsushima get new Twilight and Ashes map
Twilight and Ashes is set in the world players to explore through the three-part raid called The Tale of Iyo that was the culmination of the Legends storyline. Because the raid is extremely challenging, with players being advised to have their gear at least KI level 100, this new Survival mode map could be the first time some players get the chance to experience the area.
Twilight and Ashes is now available in the game. Sucker Punch has also revealed that they will be adding another free card to Survival mode on October 1. This one is called Blood and Steel and is based on the Iki Island expansion.
The developer later clarified that players do not need to own Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut to experience the map. ANNS Legends content is available to all players on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, regardless of whether they purchased the game Director’s Cut upgrade.
The Legends multiplayer update was much more successful than Sucker Punch ever predicted, resulting in a standalone release earlier this month. Legends receives continuous updates since its original launch as part of Ghost of Tsushima back in October 2020.
The latest of these include Survival Mode changes to reduce the amount of time it takes for a single session, new weekly Survival Nightmare challenge variants, and more cosmetics. In the recent Rivals game mode, two teams of two players competed against each other as they attempted to defeat waves of enemies, while a new Gear Mastery system boosted gear to level 120.
