Online Payment
To pay your invoice online
- visit paymobilitybill.com
- You will have the option to pay with the invoice number or Licence number
- To pay with invoice number, click on the tab, enter your invoice number
- To pay, using your license number, click on the button and provide your license plate number
- Click on the submit button. Also, it will require your travel starts and ends date.
However, if you don’t have an online account you will need to create one.
Create a Pay Mobility Bill Account
- Go to https://ct.rmatoll.com/Home/Login
- Tap on the Create Account button
- Enter all mandatory fields
- Provide your personal details to create an account
- Select Plan. Choose a Replenishment Method and Customer Plan
- Provide Vehicle details.
- Choose the security questions 1..3 and provide the answers
- Key in Payment and billing address information
- Follow the onscreen guide to submit.

How to Sign In to Pay Mobility Bill
To make your bill payment online, you will need to log in to your account, here are the steps to log in

- Enter your username and password

Pay Mobility Bill by Phone
To pay your invoice over the phone, you can achieve it via an automated phone system. You can reach the automated attendant 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
However, the customer service representatives are available during the following hours to provide personal assistance:
- Mondays: 7:30am to 7:00pm
- Tuesday: 7:30am to 6:00pm
- Wednesday: 7:30am to 6:00pm
- Thursday: 7:30am to 6:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am to 7:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm
Pay Mobility Bill By Mail
To pay your invoice by mail, send the payment form and check to their mailing address on their official website.
Endeavor to make checks payable to RMA TOLL PROCESSING and do not forget to note your account number in the memo section.
However, is very important to note that;
Payments sent to RMA TOLL PROCESSING cannot be applied to bills owed to the Mobility Authority’s previous vendor, MSB. So, payments due to MSB must be paid directly to MSB.
Pay Mobility Bill in Person
Another way to pay up is by walking down to the nearest branch. The Summit Drive customer care walk-up location is open and operating normally, with enhanced health precautions in place.
However, to pay your invoice in person, kindly visit their north walk-up center during the following hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 7:30am – 6:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am to 7:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm
- Sunday: Closed
Also, you can also go to one of many participating stores to pay in person. Just find the location closest to you to make your payment.
