Using an internet-connected web browser, Visit https://kahoot.it or launch the mobile app
Enter the Game PIN
Click the Enter option
If the player identifier is enabled by the host, provide the requested identifier
If a friendly nickname generator is enabled by the host. Click the spin button to choose a random nickname. If it is disabled, enter any nickname of your choice.

To join Live games via a link;

The host can click on the PIN and this will automatically copy a direct link to the game
The host can send the link to the players so they can join the game directly.

How to Get a Pin for My Kahoot

You can only get the PIN from the host of the game. The PIN is generated once a Kahoot is set in motion, and used at Kahoot. It or the mobile app so that learners can join a host’s Kahoot. As a participant in the game, you cannot generate a PIN. You can only get the Pin from the person hosting the game.

However, if you want to play individually, you don’t need a PIN, you can use the mobile app to play your Kahoot on a single device, or use the preview option to host a live Kahoot with a phone simulated on the same screen.

Kahoot Pin Generator

To host a live game, log into your account at the website, locate a Kahoot and click the Start button. To generate a Pin as the host of the game from a live Kahoot, after you choose a game mode from Kahoot settings the PIN code and QR code will be displayed on your screen.

This is when your players can start joining. Once you’ve confirmed that everyone has joined in the game, hit the Start button n the right side of the screen. Players can also join in during the game, the PIN will be displayed on the bottom of your screen unless you lock it with the padlock icon next to the Start icon.

You can also click on the PIN code on the host screen to copy a direct link to the live game. You can share with your players, the link will connect them directly with the game. There would not be any need to insert the PIN.
