Sponsored by Rhodes Trust, the Rhodes Scholarship assists outstanding students from all around the world to undertake postgraduate studies in England. Asides from covering the student’s course fees, Rhodes Trust also pays an annual stipend to the grantee. As of the 2021/22 academic year, the stipend was £17,310 per annum.

How to Apply for Rhodes Scholarship

The Rhodes Scholarship application process has multiple stages. Below are the steps to apply:

  • Open a web browser on your device.
  • Visit the URL https://www.rhodeshouse.ox.ac.uk/scholarships/applications/.
  • Click on the tab “Country” and enter your home country.
  • Click on “Check your eligibility”. You will be redirected to a new page.
  • On the new page, you will find the eligibility criteria for your home country.
  • Select “Yes” on each of the steps. Note that you must meet every requirement stated there.
  • Click on “Continue”. You will be taken to a new page.
  • Click on “Find out more and apply”. This will take you to a new page.
  • On the new page, you will find information about the application process in your country. Read through them carefully.
  • If you have read all of the information and are ready to apply for the Rhodes Scholarship, click on “Apply now” to proceed.
  • Enter your email and password.
  • Click on “Login”
