The statement above is really true when one listens or reads about the information on the 2021 IAA Mobility conference with other electrics from Stuttgart: the EQB compacts SUV, AMG performance, electric G-Wagen concept, and the EQS version by Maybach as reported by The Verge.
If you’re interested in the Mercedes-Benz flagship electric sedan but the price seems too much then you will like the new EQE yet to be released. The Mercedes-Benz EQE electric car is said to be slightly smaller. Although it’s built on the same pattern technically, meaning its price will be lesser when launch next year. But for now, the price is yet to be revealed.
Also, there are some similarities between the EQE and the EQS. The EQE is 3.5 inches shorter in size than the EQS, at the press release it was said that the Mercedes-Benz EQE will be “continuing the good genes of the EQS.”
Features of the New Mercedes-Benz EQE Electric Car
The new Mercedes-Benz EQE electric car is a more approachable luxury electric car and it comes with some outstanding features. These features when compared to the EQS make it more fascinating.
However, a massive hyper screen display that was available on the EQS will be available but as an option. There will be over-the-air upgrades and updates. Also, the rear-wheel-drive of EQE will use the 90kWh battery pack just like the same that powers the base model of the EQS. When fully charge can take up to 660 kilometers at (410 miles) driving.
The EQE Mercedes-Benz interior will exceed those of the existing E-Class. They will be an extra inch of shoulder room for people at the front and extra three inches in the length of the interior. A better sitting location atop the battery pack meaning the EQE has a higher seating position for a good view of the road.
The EQE Mercedes-Benz structural shell is made with recycled steel. Most of the internal components are made with recycled and renewable materials these include the cable ducts. The battery chemistry is built with less than 10 percent cobalt.
According to the chief operating officer of Mercedes-Benz, he said that “After the EQS, the EQE is already the second model on our platform for luxury-and-premium-class electric vehicles”. The innovation of EQE will be a scalable advantage of the piece, thereby making the electric flagship EQS ready for a large group of buyers.
